Our impact

This page is meant to persuade — which means it has to be verifiable. It sets out the INACAT dashboard: the indicators we track, how they are measured, and what they are worth today.

0Children supported
0Schools supported
0Digital spaces
0Meals served
0Community projects

These figures are presentation targets, not published results. They will only be shown as achieved when backed by real, dated data that can be substantiated with records — school lists, delivery notes, handover minutes, mission reports.

Dashboard

What the dashboard will show.

In time, the “Our impact” page will update itself from the project database. Each indicator will point to the projects that feed it, and each project to its supporting documents.

1,200 schools supported
350,000 children supported
1,800,000 meals served
800 digital spaces
600 projects delivered
1,400 partners

Target format for the dashboard — with real, dated and verifiable data only.

How we measure

How we count

A child supported

A pupil enrolled at a school benefiting from at least one INACAT programme over a school year. Counted once, even if they benefit from several programmes.

A meal served

A portion served and signed for on the canteen sheet. Meals planned but not served are never counted.

A digital space

A room that is equipped, connected, secured, has a trained focal point, and is genuinely open to pupils.

A project delivered

A project closed with a published final report, including actual spending and the variance against budget.

Commitment

We will publish our budget variances before anyone asks for them.
