Why publish everything?

Because an association that asks for money must accept being checked. The statutes, the internal rules, the organisation chart and the financial reports are the only documents that let an institutional partner assess INACAT seriously. Publishing them is not a communications gesture: it is the price of entry into public funding and foundation grants.
