Who we are
INACAT — Internet en Afrique et Cantine pour Tous, Internet in Africa and School Meals for All — is a non-profit association working to close the digital divide, widen access to education, improve what children eat at school and support the long-term development of communities.

Internet in Africa and School Meals for All. A French association registered under the law of 1901, with its office in Paris and the Democratic Republic of the Congo as its first documented country of operation.
An Africa that is connected, educated and fed
… and able to build its own future for the long term. We do not believe in aid that substitutes itself for people: we believe in equipment, training and the transfer of skills.

Contributing to human and community development.
INACAT's mission is to contribute to human and community development through a coherent set of actions, delivered in the same school and with the same community, so that each intervention reinforces the others.
A computer without a reliable power supply is useless. A canteen without local sourcing stops after three months. Training with no route to work changes nothing. That is why we design every project as a whole: equipment, training, follow-up, and measurement of results.
