Control principles

Separation of duties

Whoever commits the spending is not the person who pays it, nor the person who checks it.

Dual signature

Any spending above a threshold set in the internal rules requires two signatures.

Traceability of donations

Every donation earmarked for a project is followed through to the matching expenditure.

Public annual report

Accounts, activities and budget variances published on this page every financial year.
